Emirates and Sabre reach new distribution agreement

We are pleased to inform you that Emirates and Sabre have signed a new multi-year distribution agreement, reinstating access to the airline’s content in the Sabre travel marketplace with no surcharge and unchanged agency incentives, effective from October 5, 2021. 

This multi-year agreement will provide your travel agency and its customers with competitive, long-term, access to Emirates’ content, including NDC. Going beyond NDC is a corporate priority for Sabre as part of our vision to create a new marketplace for personalised travel. Emirates will create and distribute NDC offers through the Sabre travel marketplace from the first half of 2022.

As we move towards next year, Sabre will innovate by offering you a choice of Emirates’ content services. We will provide you with different options to select the most relevant combination of Emirates’ content and commercial terms. More details about the program options, opt-in process and associated conditions will be specified by year end. 

This new agreement is one of a hundred plus airline distribution agreements that Sabre concludes each year.
