EmQuest was formerly known as Galileo Emirates.
The history and growth of travel distribution in the region is closely associated with our own, as we evolved from DMARS to DNATA Data Systems to Algebra Link, and in 1998, to Galileo Emirates.
Galileo Emirates was formally established as an independent business unit of the Emirates group on contracting with Galileo in the nineties to consolidate the distribution of travel services in the region. Over the years, the business developed its own suite of ingenious products for local content and market-specific information, and expanded the scope of services to include offer marketing, technical and help-desk support. Galileo Emirates’ extensive support structure, its links with Emirates and its deployment of technologically advanced products led to vast success in each market.
Galileo Emirates was a leading force within Arabi (a sub-group of the Arab Air Carriers Organisation (AACO) distributing Galileo’s travel solutions to customers in 12 countries, and generating millions of travel bookings.
Marking a prolific growth in business, and adhering to the policy of continuous innovation, Galileo Emirates is now re-branded as EmQuest.
In its new mantle, EmQuest acts as both global and regional distributor, in addition to offering a suite of value-added services and products dedicated to the travel industry. The company’s multi-pronged strategy focuses on associating with best-of-breed partners, creating value-additions, and developing new business streams.
